Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Yeoreo, we want you to feel confident in your activewear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
